You must provide accurate registration details, keep your password confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for the individual or organization that registered them and may not be shared with unrelated parties.

RegistryScouts aggregates public business filings and publicly available contact information. We work to keep it current, but state portals publish on their own schedules and can be incomplete or delayed.

• Use exported records for your own lawful business development and outreach.
• Share files internally with colleagues who need them for that work.

• ✕Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the datasets as a competing data product.
• ✕Outreach that ignores marketing, email or telemarketing law in your jurisdiction or the recipient's.

Use of the service is also governed by the Acceptable Use policy. Breaching it may result in suspension or termination.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegistryScouts is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business arising out of your use of the service or reliance on the data.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use policy.
