Our target

WCAG 2.1 Level AA

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This is an ongoing effort rather than a certification, and we review the product against these guidelines as we ship changes.

This statement describes our practices. It is not an independent audit or certification.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML with labelled form fields, headings and landmark regions.
  • Keyboard operation for navigation, filters, sorting and export controls.
  • Visible focus indicators and colour choices intended to meet contrast minimums.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and icon-only controls.
  • Layouts that reflow on small screens and support browser zoom.

Known limitations

Being worked on

  • Large result tables can be demanding with a screen reader; we are improving row and column announcements.
  • Exported CSV files are raw data and carry no accessibility semantics of their own.
  • Content served from third-party state data portals is outside our control.

Feedback and assistance

If you hit a barrier, tell us the page and what happened through the Contact page. We aim to respond within five business days and will work with you on an alternative way to get the data you need in the meantime.
