- Send relevant, honest outreach that identifies who you are and what you are offering.
- Honour opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly and permanently.
- Follow applicable laws for email, SMS and calling, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA and state equivalents.
- Keep exported files secure and limited to people in your organization who need them.
You must not
Grounds for suspension
- Send spam, deceptive offers, phishing, malware or fraudulent solicitations.
- Resell, publish or redistribute RegistryScouts datasets as a competing data product.
- Use the data to harass, threaten, defraud or unlawfully discriminate against anyone.
- Scrape, crawl or automate against the service outside the features we provide.
- Share your account credentials or resell access to the dashboard.
- Probe, load-test or interfere with the service or the upstream state data portals.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may throttle, suspend or terminate access.
Serious or repeated violations result in permanent termination without refund.
Reporting abuse or a vulnerability
Report misuse of RegistryScouts data, or a suspected security vulnerability, through the Contact page and choose the abuse or security topic. For vulnerabilities, please give us a reasonable window to respond before public disclosure.
